Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Every Spirad piece is handcrafted with intention and dispatched to destinations across the globe.

Delivery times

All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Shipping origin

Depending on the product, orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different countries. The shipping origin will be reflected in your tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD (or equivalent in your currency).

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Spirad has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delays

While we do our best to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days, please contact us at contact@spirad.com.
