    Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.

    Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable content
