How to Start a Return
Starting a return takes less than two minutes. Here's how it works:

3Send the item back in its original condition and packaging using a tracked shipping method.

4Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item — we sincerely apologize, and we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.

- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — within 24 hours of your message. No need to return the damaged item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
